Our average delivery to you is 7 Business days including receiving Packages from seller, authentication, and shipping to buyer

But sometimes it can take up to 7-12 business days from order date, and it is always our goal to get the item to you sooner. If something happens and your item can’t be delivered within a reasonable amount of time, we will attempt to find you another one at no additional cost. If we are unable to do so we will provide you with a full refund, which are typically processed in 3-5 business days to the original payment method used.


You will receive your payout in your Absm Account you can ask for a withdrawal 

were working on a payout via PayPal once the item you sold passes our verification process. Once we give it our green stamp of approval, it typically takes 1-2 business days for funds to arrive in your PayPal account, We currently offer payouts in USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, and JPY. For international sellers, payouts may be issued in the currency selected on your Paypal account or issued in USD and later converted to your preferred currency through Paypal prior to transferring to your financial institution.

 

Minimum Transaction Fees for different devices is: €150,- Euro.
Our standards for the processing fee and transaction fee is in total 10% with a minimum of €35,- for iPhones, iPad, apple Watch,

Due to the anonymous nature of our marketplace, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or swaps of any kind – including if you ordered the wrong device. The good news is you can always resell with us if you no longer want your item.

Due to the nature of our hands-on verification process, we cannot change shipping labels once an order has been confirmed. We apologize if this has caused any inconvenience or issue with your Absm experience.

You can change your shipping address for future orders under the settings tab on “My Account.” Go to Shipping Info and select “edit” to update your information.

As a new seller, you are considered a first-time seller. First-time sellers are classified as sellers who have never had an item they sold verified. We place a cap on the number of items a first-time seller is able to sell as an extra security measure for our marketplace.

The amount of sales that you can make as a first-time seller before the cap is placed is eight sales. After eight sales have been captured without any items being verified, your account will automatically be suspended. Once your first item passes verification the suspension will be lifted from your account.

All items on Absm can be purchased internationally. Absm currently ships to buyers in over 200 countries.

We are actively working on adding more countries, so if you don’t see yours, stay tuned. We will send out a formal announcement once Absm is available to you and our other international community members.

If there is a problem with an item you received, you must contact us in writing within 3 business days of receiving. Please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the situation in a fast and fair manner. Include a detailed description of the problem, photos of the issue (including photo showing verification tag still attached) and a clear photo of the QR code on the tag.

Absm verification tags that are attached to items must NOT be removed, or the items will be ineligible for review (including damage in transit).

Note: if we do make an exception to return an item (usually in the case we made a mistake), you must ship from the country the return label indicates, which is tied to your billing/shipping address.

As a seller, your shipping cost is deducted from your total payout.

Shipping costs cover the expense of getting your item from us to you. These costs will be included in the price breakdown at the time you place your bid or make your purchase. Rates are based on the average size and weight of a shoe box. Some items that are larger and/or heavier will incur additional shipping costs. 

 

We ship with DHL or UPS, depending on your location. As a buyer, you agree to pay any and all local, state, federal, or international taxes (including sales taxes) that may be due with respect to your purchase transaction. 

 

By using UPS My Choice or DHL PostNL, you may have select delivery modification options available to you. Please make sure your address is updated in your account settings prior to order confirmation, as we do not allow delivery to another address once an order has been confirmed. If an international buyer refuses a package, it will be abandoned. Absm is not responsible for the package once it has been refused.

Europe – €15.00 shipping

€15.00 shipping to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

 

UK – £13.50 shipping

 

For Europe and the UK, all of the costs presented on Absm when purchasing an item will be all inclusive. No additional taxes, duties, or VAT will be collected upon delivery of your item, like we have done in the past. More on shipping & VAT for European buyers

 

All other countries – $40.00 shipping

Buyers can pay with all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay,   Sofort, or iDEAL payment. The credit cards we accept are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, and Discover. We accept debit cards.

Once a product arrives to Absm from the seller, our dedicated verification team begins a thorough inspection, making sure it meets our condition guidelines. They receive constant training and industry updates to remain experts. Only after being verified will the product be sent to the buyer. As it is always our intention for buyers to receive their item, if a product does not meet our guidelines, we will first attempt to link the buyer to a new seller at no additional cost. If an order is not eligible, we will refund the buyer, send the item back to the seller, and take the necessary actions to ensure that this does not happen again.

We cannot guarantee that your original receipt will be returned to you in the result of an item failing verification.

We don’t make pricing recommendations or appraise items at this time.

We do provide numerous tools and data points on Absm that you can reference when making buying and selling decisions. home page is a good reference for the cheaper products with a standard of A-Grade.

sellers must ship items separately

At this time, bulk buying is not an option for buyers. All items must be purchased separately and will ship accordingly.

If you are reusing a box from a different shipment and there are HAZMAT stickers and/or warning labels on the box, you MUST remove them before shipping to Absm.

Even if the item you’re shipping does not contain these materials it is illegal to ship with these labels on the box. If we receive a box with these labels we will unfortunately have no choice but to deny your shipment without opening it and turn it over to the appropriate authorities.
